On 3 June 2026, the second edition of the ITsec conference took place in Prague. This time, we met with partners from the CEE region in a slightly unconventional setting, aboard the Agnes de Bohemia boat, which sailed along the Vltava River throughout the entire programme.
The aim of the event was to combine expert content with space for discussion, knowledge sharing and networking. The programme focused on current topics in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure protection, environment monitoring, email archiving and protection against modern threats.
The conference began at 14:00 with an introduction and presentation of Bakotech. This was followed by presentations from individual vendors, which took place according to the planned agenda. During the day, participants were introduced to solutions from Skyhigh Security, Energy Logserver, Blackwall, MailStore Software and ThreatDown by Malwarebytes.
Each topic was discussed from both a sales and technical perspective, so that partners could take away not only business arguments, but also a concrete idea of how each solution can be used in practice. The technical parts and demonstrations were led by our Presales Engineer, David Kříž. The sales parts were handled by Vilém Raichel and Filip Švehelka.

Skyhigh Security focused on Security Service Edge and secure access to applications and data, regardless of where users work from. Energy Logserver presented the possibilities of SIEM and SOAR in practice, including working with logs, automating incident response and gaining better visibility into network activity. Blackwall showed how to protect web applications and infrastructure against malicious bots and how to effectively filter illegitimate traffic.
MailStore Software focused on email archiving with MailStore Server and MailStore Cloud, including practical deployment, compliance and email communication management. ThreatDown by Malwarebytes introduced endpoint protection with EDR and MDR capabilities, threat detection, automated incident response and simpler security management within a single platform.
We were also very pleased to welcome representatives of our vendors at the event. Sebastian Dąbrowski joined us on behalf of Blackwall, and Martin Drexler represented MailStore.
Throughout the programme, participants enjoyed good food, coffee, drinks and the pleasant atmosphere of the modern Agnes de Bohemia boat by Prague Boats. Although the weather was cloudy for most of the conference, it improved towards the end of the programme. During the shared dinner, the sun came out and guests could enjoy a beautiful view of illuminated Prague and the Vltava River.
After the expert part of the programme, a shared dinner followed. Participants could choose according to their taste, including traditional goulash with Karlovy Vary dumplings, chicken sweet chilli drumsticks, smoked ham and other dishes. Dessert was also served.

The second edition of ITsec was a success not only from a professional perspective, but also thanks to the great atmosphere and active participation of our partners. Thank you to everyone who joined us, took part in the discussions and spent the afternoon with us on the Vltava River.
A big thank you also goes to all vendors and speakers who contributed to the programme. We look forward to our next meetings.
If you were unable to attend this year, follow our event overview. We are preparing more meetings, workshops and presentations of our solutions for you.
