Additional services

Bakotech flexibly adjusts the level and scope of services provided, if possible, so that the Partner can receive the most effective support in the sales process.

All ADIT services are offered only to Bakotech's Trade Partners as an extension of the Distributor's standard support offer.

 

ADIT services enable Bakotech's Commercial Partners to expand the service offer for their customers, increase the margin by selling additional training, implementation or maintenance services or maintain their own technical resources by taking over the support for the Partner's customers by ADIT.

 

Extended support services provided to Partners for a fee by the ADIT Sp. z o.o.

 

ADIT PREMIUM SERVICE

After-sales support for the End Customer may be extended by the Partner against payment in the form of ADIT Premium Service (APS). The service is offered to the Partner who sells the service to the End Customer. ADIT provides the support service directly to the End Customer on behalf of the Loyalty Merchant.

 

ADIT Premium Service has been prepared for Partners who:

  • do not have their own technical resources to provide after-sales support services to end customers
  • need an extended level of technical support or training services for their clients
  • are looking for new business opportunities that will enable them to expand the Partner's offer and increase their sales competences

 

Features of ADIT Premium Service (APS)

  • e-mail / telephone support of a dedicated engineer in Polish (8x5)
  • replacement of damaged equipment on the next business day (NBD), upon notification by 11.00
  • providing answers to submitted inquiries regarding documented functionalities and methods of their parameterization
  • supporting the process of identifying the causes of equipment / solution malfunction
  • searching for methods of solving identified problems
  • assistance in setting up service requests directly from manufacturers if it is not possible to resolve them locally
  • escalation of the process of repairing / replacing equipment by manufacturers (also located outside Poland)


IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT

ADIT enables the Partner to purchase a support service in the process of implementing solutions from Bakotech's offer.

The implementation support service is carried out on-line or on-site with the participation of a Commercial Partner who coordinates the work carried out by the Distributor for the Client.

 

The service includes:

  • device assembly or software installation on the indicated resources
  • configuration of the solution according to predefined parameters
  • creating and configuring security policies according to predefined parameters
  • configuration of other arrangements agreed between the parties

TRAINING AND TECHNICAL CONSULTATIONS

ADIT currently offers Commercial Partners a range of training services for resale to End Customers, including:

  • technical consultations - hourly and all-day
  • administrative training - hourly and full-day
