All ADIT services are offered only to Bakotech's Trade Partners as an extension of the Distributor's standard support offer.
ADIT services enable Bakotech's Commercial Partners to expand the service offer for their customers, increase the margin by selling additional training, implementation or maintenance services or maintain their own technical resources by taking over the support for the Partner's customers by ADIT.

ADIT PREMIUM SERVICE
After-sales support for the End Customer may be extended by the Partner against payment in the form of ADIT Premium Service (APS). The service is offered to the Partner who sells the service to the End Customer. ADIT provides the support service directly to the End Customer on behalf of the Loyalty Merchant.
